These Return Policy and Limited Warranty Terms describe the conditions that apply when returning Wyze-branded hardware products and explain the scope of warranty protection available to customers. They are intended to work together with the broader Terms of Service and any product-specific provisions that may apply. In situations where there is a conflict between these terms and other service-related policies, the rules outlined here will control matters related to returns and warranty coverage. If local consumer protection laws provide different requirements, those legal standards will take precedence.

Customer satisfaction is an important priority, and products purchased directly through official Wyze sales channels, such as the website or mobile application, may be eligible for return if they do not meet expectations. A return request must be submitted within thirty days from the original purchase date. Requests made after this period may not qualify. This return option is limited to items purchased through official Wyze platforms, and products obtained from third-party sellers must be returned according to the policies established by those retailers.

To be considered for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received. This includes retaining all original components, such as packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included parts. Products that are missing items, show signs of damage, or have been modified may be refused. Returns must also be shipped from the same country where delivery originally occurred, as cross-border returns may not be accepted.

After a returned product is received, it will be reviewed to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements. If approved, a refund may be issued to the original payment method, or an alternative resolution such as store credit or a gift card of equal value may be provided. Refunds generally cover the purchase price and applicable taxes, while shipping fees are typically excluded unless required by law. Replacement products remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for a minimum duration determined by the company.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or neglect. It also excludes products without valid proof of purchase, items obtained from unauthorized sellers, and claims submitted after the warranty period has expired. Complimentary or promotional items may also fall outside the scope of warranty protection.

Customers requesting warranty service must contact support and provide a description of the issue along with proof of purchase. In some cases, the product may need to be returned for evaluation before a final determination is made. If the item does not meet warranty conditions, the company is not required to provide repair, replacement, or return services.

This limited warranty represents the primary warranty offered for Wyze hardware products. Except where restricted by applicable law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded. This includes implied warranties related to merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. Where such exclusions are not permitted, any implied warranties will be limited to the duration of the stated warranty period.

To the extent allowed by law, the company limits its liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. This may include losses related to data, property, or other secondary impacts. Because certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations of this nature, some of these restrictions may not apply depending on local regulations.
